The biggest question that Christian parent’s ask themselves is, how do we protect our kids from the junk of this world? It’s not easy and nearly impossible to protect our children from all the junk of the world. We can set boundaries to help limit their exposure but more importantly we should take the time to teach them that temptation is sin trying to satisfy our souls in a way only Christ can. In this episode, Jerrad Lopes relays how he and his wife dealt with his young son’s experience of seeing a scantily clad woman on a magazine cover during a trip to Walmart and challenges us as fathers/husbands to create more space for Christ in our own lives by removing temptation.
